Royal Winton Byzanta Ware Nicene Cheese Keep 1920's

Up for auction is this gorgeous Cheese keep from Royal Winton, from their Byzanta Ware range in the Nicene pattern and dating from the 1920's. The set is in superb condition with no chips, cracks or stains and clean crazing commensurate with its age. There is some minor wear to the gilt trim to the corners of the under plate, as can be seen in the photos. The under plate measures 6 1/2" by 7 3/4" and the keep measures 4 3/4" by 5 3/4" and stands 3 1/2" to its highest point (not including the handle).
