Carlton Ware Buttercup Crescent Small Side Plate Yellow 1936

Up for sale is this pretty crescent shaped side plate from Carlton ware in their Buttercup design in the yellow colour way, the pattern dating from 1936. The plate is in excellent condition, having no chips,cracks or stains and only minor surface crazing commensurate with its age. The plate is 7 1/2" long and is the smaller of the 2 sizes made, the pattern number 1529/3 is incised into the base.
