Postage

All items for customers within Australia are sent by Australia Post registered service so as to provide adequate insurance cover for loss or damage. International parcels are sent by insured Airmail, however in some instances insurance will only cover loss of the package and NOT damage to the goods. Please email me, using the link below should you require additional insurance cover.

I post items on a daily basis when your payment is received. However, if you need a faster delivery please state this in your order and I will make sure it is done.

Packaging

All items are professionally packed with bubble wrap and packing peanuts, which should prevent any damage to your purchases. In the unlikely event of damage, please retain the original packaging as this may need to be produced for any insurance claim.

Import/Export Duty/Taxes

The customer has sole responsibility for any duties or taxes payable.

Returns Policy

Any items which arrive in any condition other than expected may be returned for a full refund including postage. Items should be returned within 10 working days, please email me for return postage instructions. Following receipt of the item a refund will be issued, including the cost of returning the item to me.
